BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the organization, and delegates responsibility for day-to-day operations to the volunteers and staff of the organization.
The role of Board of Directors is filled by the Session of Hemenway Memorial Presbyterian Church.
